Head On Foundation invited NSW photographers of all genres to submit images that show how they and their communities were affected by the ‘Black Summer’, the subsequent flooding, the pandemic, and the general unrest and turbulence in world politics as communities demanded overdue social change. The submissions were judged anonymously, in line with our mission to provide a fair and equal platform for all artists to create, showcase and gain exposure for their work.
Exhibited photographers: Alyson Bell, David Hufton, Fabian Muir, Fla Rossler, Hamish Ta-mé, James Cole, Jenny Papalexandris, John Janson-Moore, Jon Hart, Julia Coddington, Lisa Hogben, Lisa Sorgini, Max Stewart, Natalie Grono, Raja Islam, Sam Ferris, Sam St Jon, Tim Johnson, Tom Williams, Tony Naumovski
