Hilltops Off the Beaten Track Art & Cultural Trail

ARTIST CALLOUT.   Young Society of Artists (YSA) invite you to be part something big in Hilltops 2022.

Dear Artists, Photographers, Sculptors, Jewellers & Craft Makers.

You’re invited to take part in the Hilltops Off the Beaten Track Art & Cultural Trail, planned for March in 2022. The dates set for this event are from the 9th of March 2022 -23rd March 2022. This is your invitation to open your studio or gallery doors, & or garden, for a few days over the week of 16th – 20th March 2022.

For YSA members this is a follow up to the successful Artist’s Trail that was held in March 2021 in conjunction with Young Society of Artists Inc. 13th Annual Lambing Flat Sculpture, Wood & Big Art Exhibition.

In 2022 the Annual exhibition and planed Hilltops Art & Cultural Trail will run alongside the Boorowa Irish Wool Festival. By combining these Arts & Cultural events it is hoped to promote more tourism to the Hilltops in March 2022

We would like to hear from you if you would like to join the Art & Cultural Trail.

You can participate by opening to the public your home studio, gallery or simply setting up a display in a public space like the Studios at the Southern Cross Cinema, Marie McCormack Centre, or Millard Centre or halls in your own town or village. [We will know more about the public spaces once we know who will be taking part in the trail.]

What we will need from participating individual artists is to supply a short blurb or provide information about yourself or art practice and a photo for the art trail brochure.

It would be helpful if you would like to make suggestions in how we could best present you & your work. There will be an opportunity for to meet with the exhibition sub- committee once a date has been set in January.

I have enclosed the letter inviting Community Groups to join the “Hilltops Off the Beaten Track Arts & Cultural Trail” this will help you understand the thinking behind the event. Please feel free to past this information onto any groups in your local community
