During the week STA caught up with Freya Jobbins at work in her studio at home in the Wollondilly Shire. Freya is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice includes assemblage, installation, collage, image, video and prints.
“I am currently working on show for the G2 wall at Goulburn Regional Art Gallery for Aug/Sep.FIREWALL responds to COVID19 and wanting to be alone. The masks have been completed so working alone in isolation, all the process tasks I have to do myself which has been a good challenge, includes the photography within my own environment and using my models.’
See more Freya’s work at her website, on Instagram and her current exhibition on show at the Wagga Wagga Art Gallery until 19 July.
