Stories from the Studio: Olivia Pearl

This week at Stories from the Studio, STA visited Olivia Pearl in Goulburn. Olivia is a rising pop singer-songwriter from the Southern Tablelands whose haunting vocals and evocative lyrics are gaining momentum in the Australian music scene. In 2023, her debut single earned her a spot in the Top 40 of the APRA AMCOS Vanda & Young Songwriting Competition, placing her alongside celebrated acts like Ball Park Music and Ruel.

Currently, Olivia is the 100% Home-Grown Artist of the Month on Highland FM for September 2024. Her latest single, 60 ZONE, continues to showcase her unique blend of vulnerability and bold lyrical storytelling. Olivia’s music, often influenced by her love of fairy tales and whimsical worlds, can be heard in tracks like Penelope Song, inspired by Netflix’s Bridgerton.

Olivia will be performing at 6:00 PM, Saturday, 21 September 2024 for the Tulips After Dark concert at Corbett Gardens, Bowral, during the Tulip Time Festival. Highland FM’s 100% Home-Grown concert will feature an impressive lineup of talent, including its featured Artists of the Month. Don’t miss this special performance!
