Join STA and Goulburn Soroptimists for a series of talks that spill the ‘T’ on being a Creative in our region. Our three super fabulous speakers will share stories and showcase their creative work at Goulburn Community Centre.
Each Tea Talk includes a yummy afternoon tea, raffle and lucky door prizes.
$50 – gets you a place at all 3 Tea Talks or $20 for each talk (+BF).
Proceeds go towards supporting Goulburn Soroptimists local projects including emergency clothing and baby bundles.

Jo Quilter – Street Artist
Wollondilly based street artist Jo Quilter is one of Australia’s most sought-after mural painters and fine artists in street art, graffiti, abstract and impressionistic styles.
Jo was the Creative Director on the STA PAINT THE TOWN street art project that created 50+ murals across the STA Region. PTT has evolved into a street art tour of epic proportions.

Talk runs for approximately 60mins with time for questions, followed by a social afternoon tea until 4.30pm.
Mandy McDonald – Glass Artist, STA Board Member and Creative Community Champion
Especially for International Women’s Day don’t miss this fabulous talk with the inspirational Mandy McDonald who creates in glass and other materials from her home studio in Upper Lachlan. Mandy supports many creative community projects. Currently Mandy is Secretary of the STA Board, a role that also has her contributing to various local radio and media platforms in support of community and STA activities.

Rose Marin – Social Artist & Producer
Rose is an artist, producer and facilitator who explores the space where people meet art and make meaningful experiences. She creates art for people to interact with and shape rather than view. Nature is often a collaborator and time is an acknowledged contributor. She works with ephemeral, found, upcycled, natural and repurposed materials allowing her creations to disappear as cleanly from the earth as possible.
