WHY MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS

1 in 6 workers are experiencing mental ill health right now, which means mental ill health is likely to be present in your workplace, whether you see it or not.

October is National Mental Health Month and encourages all of us to think about our wellbeing and support those in the community who suffer in silence.

An insightful session with Black Dog Institute and VERSA Agency providing an opportunity to understand the importance of mental health in our everyday lives, whilst encouraging the business community to seek support when needed by addressing mental health in the workplace.

This session aims to:

  • Increase awareness of mental illness and the importance of a healthy lifestyle to lead a business and support your employees.
  • Help you understand how you can access education and support programs.
  • Provide powerful takeaways designed to leave you feeling empowered, positive, and action focused.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions specific to your business.
A transcipt of the session will be available.
