This week STA Caught up with Di Smith at her studio in Middle Arm. Di’s works reflects the world around us, the changes, the society, the trends, spirituality and nature.

The studio currently is a place of creative energy. My own works together with maintaining Bella Paintings –(public and private artworks) and Well Being Artistic Experiences, whose goal of is to utilize the creative process to help people explore self-expression and, in doing so, develop new coping skills. Art reflects what you are feeling, and the creative process and your emotions stem from the same part of your brain. The act of creating helps us all with working through difficult situations and emotions.

Check out Di’s art, workshops and more at her webpage or Facebook. You can also see Di’s work at Gallery on Track.Middle Arm
