Stories from the Studio: Margaret Wonson

STA couldn’t wait to Get Creative in Crookwell at the new gallery and workshop space feeding the need for creatives to connect, learn and grow in the Upper Lachlan region.

I decided to open the studio in order to promote and encourage art in all forms. The studio will also function as an art shop. The work of over 40 artists ranging from paintings, drawings, photography, wood turning, ceramics, wire statues, blacksmith art, handmade cards, bookmarks, etc and books by the local artists will be displayed here,

I am offering 14 different classes. Many of these classes are already booked out and because of the demand, I am scheduling additional classes as well.

Classes currently on offer at Get Creative in Crookwell include:
Painting with Acrylics
Painting with Watercolour
Chinese Brushwork
Drawing with pastels

As well as social classes the Pickled Painters and Musical Painting.

Follow Get Creative in Gunning on Facebook or Instagram to check out some of the amazing work for sale.

The gallery is the perfect place to pick up a last minute gift. The best way to buy local, support regional artists and give #GiftsThatGive.
