EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Executive Director is responsible for leading the organisation; implementing the strategic and operational plans for the organisation; and managing staff, relationships and budget with passion and foresight to ensure successful outcomes for the communities that we support.
Salary package range $85 -$90K + Car + 10% superannuation. 35 hrs/ week.

Arts OutWest, the Regional Arts Development Organisation (RADO) covering 12 LGAs in the NSW Central West, is seeking a new Executive Director. Arts OutWest is a vibrant and cutting edge regional not-for-profit organisation providing arts and cultural development across the Arts OutWest region.
Our mission is to promote, facilitate, educate and advocate for the arts in our local region, covering the council areas of Bathurst, Blayney, Cabonne, Cowra, Forbes, Lachlan, Lithgow, Mid-Western Regional, Oberon, Orange, Parkes and Weddin.
We are looking for an Executive Director to work with our communities and lead the organisation into its next phase of development as a result of our well-respected Executive Director moving into a State-based role. This position reports to a skills-based Board and manages a small team of talented and dedicated staff.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in arts management and an ability to respond to regional issues and work with multiple stakeholders, be passionate about facilitating opportunities for local arts practitioners and have a clear understanding of the complexities of the regional arts sector, across various artforms.
